Saxon Design worked with this major resort to create graphic materials that touched every aspect of its operations for over a decade. We worked closely with resort management to unify the presentation of The Homestead's identity across multiple media. Most notably apparent in the resort's 4-season brochures are the attention to detail and focus on stunning original photography in these all encompassing presentations. Our contributions include conceptualization and messaging, photography specification and art direction, design, photo editing, and print production specification and oversight.
We also worked closely with resort management to create logo identities for the many included resort service providers and vendors. These ranged from food and beverage operations and fine dining, to ski and beach operations. We worked to create graphic identities that were well integrated with the ambiance, decor, and personality of each establishment. We worked closely with signage producers and other production specialists to implement these designs.

Working with management to formulate materials used to promote the many unique real estate developments associated with the resort pose significant challenges and offer positive opportunities. While the projects and their sites range from the spectacular to the sublime, the main hurdle lies in presenting a compelling vision of the finished product and its personality before construction takes place. A premium is placed on the ability to graphically communicate the value of a finished project years before its completion.
We often base the appeal of these collateral sales materials on premium or hand crafted production techniques. Saxon Design helps conceive these concepts, specifies and integrates illustration and photography, specifies and oversees print production.
